Bloodrazors are there just to complete the build for Razors. However, you may simply just buy up to Madred's Razor's and sell later for half it's value and buy something else.

I can't speak for others, but personally I think Mundo can be very strong in the jungle. He can certainly take the creeps with ease with his cleavers, and is a decent ganker with lizard buff. My main issue with his build is the use of bloodrazors, it is simply not needed on Mundo. It is a huge investment to build and I would prefer a different item there.
