Well really it's preference, As you said, Teemo is very fragile, to me early game I'd rather the health than the damage. Some people would prefer the damage. But I never wanna be 4 or 5 bar, I really just don't like it lol, but also like to get boots first so if that means sacrificing the damage then so be it, But it's not like it's set in stone, change the masteries and runes to your liking :). It's the build I wanted to be shown. Just put those up cause it's what I prefer. Thanks for the comment.

1. ur build is AD teemo but see you dont spec into 21.. 5% is quite abit dont u think? and teemo is very fragile why waste the 5% damage increase for +60 health??? maybe u should try it other way?? let me know what u think

Well, i used that buid now and i was 13-3...Its nice buid epic dmg and crit after.
