finaly i find hybrid sivir in this buildpage +1 for u but i see some things for change here

like summoner spells. Clarity it's good in lvls 1-6 after that, it's a " something i don't need"

Wouldn't you want to increase your ult as soon as possible, i.e. lvl 11, rather than 14?

Also, I haven't used Hextech yet - how good is it?

i never found i needed it. i play defenseive and try to know how thy're playing their characters and then just avoid everything

Fair enough, usually when I play Sivir: I push pretty aggressively, so the Spell Shield is a near-must for me. But defensively, I can see why you may not need it.

Not getting an early Spell Shield is really negative. If you're facing a predictable champion, your opponent can feed you mana so you won't need to back for quite awhile, thus allowing you to get more cash and farm more minions. Even though level 1 has like a near 20-25sec cooldown, it could give you a second chance on life if it gets down to that.
