with this build you should be able to mid against any mid champ and be able to have 1500 gold before you first leave the lane. the clarity spell keeps your mana replenished. turrets and ur homing rockets are your friend this game concussion is for later game stuns. when faced with a champ that over powers u make sure you plant your turrets fast as possible then us upgrade /homing rockets and if necessary concussion grenade . you should play defensively at the beginning but keep the enemy on their toes and push mid when the opportunity arises early game
