not the worst nami guide i have seen.

mastery problems were already mentioned. not sure you need the move speed in utility so move that elsewhere.

the runes are workable.

don't start fairie charm...start mana pots. rest of the item build looks ok.

maxing w or e first is situational...i usually prefer to max e first if my adc knows how to use it properly.

still needs some more work on the content...and the grammar is subpar...i take it english is not your first language?

I really like how the guide looks and there are some nice things in there, but there's one thing I would change: Don't mention elo hell, it kinda ruins your credibility. Blaming others won't make you sound better, so better not mention it at all if you get what I mean. Game knowledge is valued even when it comes from someone who just knows a lot you know. Take a look at the rioters, did you know most of them are just silver? They know a lot but not all of them are amazing players, yet they still know the game suberb. I hope you get what I'm trying to say: I like your guide but be carefull with such remarks, as it may make people doubt your crediblity as an author. :)

I think this is a great guide that proves its point. I noticed you took three points in Resistance and one point in Hardiness . I personally would swap that around as if you are bot you want the armour more than the magic resist. You also had a lot of spelling/grammar errors so try to fix that up if you can. Overall it's a great guide so a +1 from me.

11 points in Defense but not in Veteran's Scars ? You might think of change it ;)
