I'd also like to post a suggestion to reconsider the item build. The crystal isn't necessary until later in the laning phase. I'd go with a Doran's Shield since you're probably not gonna miss the extra mana but the health/regen from the Shield are kinda useful.

Also, how do you actually help tank if your armor/magic pen are extremely low? Also, try reconsidering that Sunfire Cape. It doesn't really do that much anymore since its nerf but hey, to each his own.

Wondering why you would get an exhaust when you already have a Wither.

Also if your tank is having a hard time, it wouldn't take you the amount of time to get 6 items together to find that out. Just a hint: Make this build much more flexible. You should be capable of making this build in such a way that you can switch into different item builds BEFORE being forced to switch.

PS: Don't see why you would want an Atma's Impaler, your main damaging agent is your farmed up SS.

I agree with both of you but i guess i should have stressed more in the intro that this build is not intended for optimal tanking or farming or support. Its supposed to be a hybrid of the three and i agree with solo top lane but i play on a team of friends so they allow last kills. You're right about the stuff you posted i was just going for a more hybrid-y all around solid champion build.

As far as the skill order goes i personally just use spirit fire more often early game than most with good success. So to each his own! and i appreciate the feed. Maybe try the build and see how it works? maybe its just working for me lol.

Uber Support Tank and yet you don't get a point in Wither early on, but get Spirit Fire instead?

I'd reconsider that skilling order.

Meh, wrong wrong wrong in my opinion : / You will be in the middle of the enemy team. Dodge is quite random so Mercs>Tabi in 99% of games. Saphire is not needed if played correctly nasus (Solo TOP lane is mandatory for Nasus, you need to farm your Q. If you do you won't have the DPS problem), in laning phase you should only pop your Q whenever it's up and that paired up with MRen5/level seals/gylph should be enough. For starting items I prefer Doran's Shield as it gives you enough HP/Armor/HP Reg to cope with the enemy harrash and creep agro.

I play Nasus in ranked games and I've been pretty succesfull with it.

PS: Your Skill order is not optimal as you don't focus on any spell so both your DPS and Support will not be optimal. I suggest QWQEQRQWQWRWWEEREE (I think that's the right one). Try it and tell me what you think.
