Q:
every vlad wants to max out Q first, its your bread and butter. make sure you bind it to smart cast. If you get on low health just stay at tower and poke creeps with it.
NEVER USE Q WITHOUT TIDES OF BLOOD. so many bad vlad do this. tides of blood gives you more health regen. so that plus your Q means you can do a whole lot of healing

W:
for F***s sake use this passively, so many vlads run in with this. just remember your squishy and you have no other escape (other then ghost). so poke with E+Q then when something bad starts happening or an ulti or skill shot is about to **** on you, THEN and only then use W

E:
Farm creeps with this. when (yes when :D ) you kill your lane enemy push like crazy with this. also dont underestimate its dmg its very strong in team fights. and whatever you do, dont forget about to use this before your god dam Q

R:
Never use this in your lane (solo mid for example) unless you know you can get a kill. usually want you to do in that situation, charge up with E, put ulti on enemy, Q, pool in on him, ignite, Q again.
Other then that you really want to use this at the START of them fights, everyones cool-downs are off at the start of a team fight, and you can increase all those ability's dmg, so make sure your team goes crazy when you ulti and enjoy that penta kill :D

deathcap before voidstaf if your doing really well. but voidstaf if your not going as well

last item can be QSS if heavy CC team OR GA if your get killed lots late game (main target in team fights) or Frosty staff if your rolling
