This is a new updated version of vladimir!
since they nurfed vladimir it have been harder to play him but my build should make it much better. I used alot of coldown reductions and spell vamp.
If you use this build you will know a big difference and you will want to play vladimir much more.

tips: How to play

The best thing is to follow my skill sequence.
at lvl 7 you should make your first attack by
FIRST: Important: you must first put your HEMOPLAGUE(ultimate) and then you use TIDES OF BLOOD,
TRANSFUSION, SANGUINE POOL order: R E Q W (E)(Q) when you used your w(SANGUINE POOL) you should start over by using E(TIDES OF BLOOD) and Q(HEMOPLAGUE) he should be dead then:D
when you are at lvl 11 you should play more aggresive and keep doing the things I just taught you!

Again, what suits you, suits you. But I feel this gave me the best results with Vladimir. The AP and Magic pen allows for powered early harass, the AP of course fits with the build, and the AP per Level will give you a nice late-game boost.
