Get blue buff,next move on to the wolves,then to the wraiths,next to the red buff,next to the gollems,then take out the rest of the camps until you can get madreds razors then jungle in any order you wish until level 6 then go top lane.

p.s try popping in and out of the jungle beyond level 6 to get ganks and for buffs.
