Though I really don't see the point in Frozen Heart, the build seems pretty nice. My suggestion is, grab Randuin's Omen instead of Frozen Heart, and build Heart of Gold early game for the health and extra gold. I can't help but think I've seen this guide somewhere else. The items, at least.. Anyway, nice build
