You might want to get a phantom dancer or a FoN once you have completed your build. Trade out boots for phantom or FoN , that way you get move speed and a bonus. Much better then boots.

Later game you will want to line up your Q so that you can hit as many creeps as possible. After your Q, stand in the middle of as many creeps as you can and Auto attack one. This will attack all of the creeps around you if your passive is ready. Same thing goes for jungling.

If you are used to using flash, then that is a well working alternative for ghost. Cleanse is also nice, as if you are stunned You could very well be dead before the end of it. Remember to save your Shield W for somebody with a slow, Stun. Don't get caught without it!

The critical chance runes, Make First blood almost an "Always" Especially if you start out with a Dorans Blade.
