Pretty decent build, but I can point out two flaws(at least in my opinion).

Atma's won't be as useful as Infinity Edge. IE will give you more AD and crit, as well as an awesome passive, and it is far more useful than Atma's Impaler. I mean, that armor is not something you actually need, especially since you have Randuin's. Also, Black Cleaver is highly a replacable of IE.

Another flaw, in my opinion, is that you prioritize W over E. Your E is, literally, OP. It is a fear that is much more useful than that attack speed. That is your CC. That is what makes you kill an Ashe without getting hurt.

However, +1 regardless. It is not much of a problem that you max W over E, or choose Atma's over Infinity. Those are only two flaws to me, but do not mean much compared to the rest of the build which is done right.

I like the setup, not bad. I also like to use VS first on Nocturne because it goes along well with his passive. If you start at wolves, this goes perfectly well and you can have your blue for a more efficient time of ganking than you would if you had started out at blue.

Anyway, +1, though I usually like to build a Black Cleaver after Banshee Veil.

Thanks dude! I just like my runes because I feel that it scales better into late game. And Nocturne can basically jungle with anything because he's such an amazing jungler. I've even gotten boots for a level 1 gank before and still jungled effectively haha. Thanks again.

I hate starting off with a Vampiric Scepter. It's not that I can't do it but it's a waste of time really. I want to be able to jungle and jungle hard. Your runes are Typical. It's best that you go full Attack speed in mark and attack damage in quintessence. By doing that you can jungle passively. Thank you for posting a remarkable guide.
