You want to max your [W] as fast as possible in order to increase your attack speed with its passive..also when you get hit by a champion ability your attack increases if you have your [W] active, making you very deadly once you have your [Q] ready as well. You want to max and use your [E] last since this build is bases on Damage and Attack Speed and your [E] dose the least of this for since it is based off of your Ability Power.
