At start you go take blue buff!
get help with pulling (if the help you take down it dmg its okay)
make smite when ever you want but i perferm you do it at first so you get its cd ready.
after blue you take wolfs and if you need to use smite, do so.
then wait for smite to get ready and take the 4 creeps and use ignite on the blue one and attack the other ones
have more than 50% hp? then go to golem (the 2 rock things)
make smite on one and if you have you can fear the other one then when finish you get boots and health potion.

Now you can make it own you own :)
OPS, GANK IF NEEDED!

Start with
vampiric scepter
boots and 1-3 health potion
then finish boots
get black cleaver
zeal ONLY (not hole phantom dancer)
get one cloak of agility
finish infity edge
finish blood tirster
finish phantom dancer

now you have the grate dmg but do you die a bit easy?
buy then one of this:
one bloodtirster more or thornmail for armor or force of nature for magic restist and hp regen.

For pro player or when you have all items, sell boots and buy one more phantom dancer for 100% crit and more attackspeed ;)

If you are against no stunner's or are really good then buy:
2 blood tirster for lifesteal
2 ifinity edge for dmg and crit (crit 250 instead of 200) and with crit runes you crit more ;)
1 phantom dancer for crit and attackspeed
1 black cleaver for dmg and attackspeed + Armor Penetration
