Introduction

This build is set to help you stay in a LANE, not the jungle. I have done both lane and jungle though, and both are effective. I prefer lanning though because in my elo they always shut down jungle, and so with lanning you can normally get with a good partner. I prefer morde, tf, or jarvan. Your going to have killer mana regen, and still be able to put out some serious damage. He is a bit squishy, but it isnt a problem if you play smart.

Summoner Spells

Ghost
Exhaust

No questions asked they are hands down the best for him.

Summary

Use him more as an assassin for the first 10 levels, or until lanning phase is over. Try to be covert about everything you do. Go "hide" in a bush, port back for items, and go gank an unexpecting squishy that is a potential threat in the near future.
