In this guide you will find a unique build for nocturne that works well for any game mode. (i apologise in advance for any mistakes i make)

the masteries are 21-0-9 this works well for nocturne keeping his damage at a reasonable level and will get nocturne a few kills at low levels. nocturne isnt necesarily buff dependant but it works well keeping buffs for longer especialy when against the barron or high level heroes.

The items in this build are quite simple attack speed/critical chance/attack damage and warmogs armor for increased hp regen and additional health which hells with nocturnes squishy nature. warmogs armor will keep you alive longer in face to face fights and gives you that sligh edge on high dps characters like tryndamere.

always start with duskbringer for annoying the enemy characters early on depending on the character the damage varies although on some characters it will take a third of their health in one hit then the dusk trail helps you finish them off. next depending on who your against go with shroud of darkness (mages/range) or unspeakable horror (high dps meele). try and get lvl 6 as soon as possible for paranoia so you can get the drop on your enemy.

with creeping and jungling depending on your lvl you can go and get buffs and aditional gold for your items (you will need it). kill the dragon as soon as you get your greaves and bloodthirster (at least 20 stacks) then work on getting all items before soloing barron (you will definately need all your items and all stacks on bloodthirster and warmongers armor. alos you will need to be lvl 18). if you decide to solo the barron get both buffs first (this will make it easier) use unspeakable horror and dusk bringer for damage and attack speed. unspeakable horror doesnt fear barron but it gives you a little bit of extra damage on the barron (which may be your idea between life and death). with all your items it wont be hard to kill the barron but even with hp regen and lifesteal sometimes it wont be enough YOU MUST USE SHROUD OF DARKNESS (YES IT WORKS ON BARRON SO USE IT) for aditional attack speed... more attack speed = more lifesteal use it often as it stops you from taking alot of damage and gives the attack speed bonus.

with this build you need to FARM LIKE CRAZY all of your items are 3k+ but its worth it if you see you whole team against their whole team dont worry about joining jungle or lane untill you get the money you need. dragon as soon as you have bloodthirster (20 stacks) and do it every time it gets back you will need the money. And note pushing a tower may give you the 150 you need desperately for that one item.

your nocturne is squishy early game so be carefull when harassing your enemies... always lane top or bottom and try to get alot of kills... if you folow this build well enough you will find yourself winning often (unless your team sucks balls) and ending the game with 7k you didnt need you will also be able to SOLO THE BARRON thats right SOLO THE BARRON i have done this several times and every time my team is amazed by how strong you can get nocturne... squishy nocturne turned tank but just keep in mind the enemy will try and use their whole team against you and no matter how strong you are they will kill you even if you have all buffs including barron buff you may take 2 or 3 with you but you will die so be causious when pushing lanes.
