Level your W first as it gives you an immediate 20% attack speed bonus. After the first level, leave it alone until you have to level it.
Start with golems, smite the one you're attacking and finish it off as soon as possible. Do not smite the one you are not attacking. A golem with 50% health still does 100% damage, so you want to focus on one at a time.
Use a health bot while at golems and a second after it's finished and you're on your way to wraiths.
You should have leveled up if you have your masteries exactly like mine. If so, level your Q. If not, you will as soon as you kill a wraith -- at that point upgrade Q.
Wait at wraiths until your passive has come up (you can tell by the little slash icon above your health bars and your hands glow). Once it has come up, try to make your first autoattack splash onto as many minions as possible. Usually this means attacking the middle creep for the first attack and then switching to your primary target.
Use a health pot while killing wraiths and continue to wolves.
Use a health pot while killing wolves (don't use smite if it comes up) and move to blue buff.
Kill blue buff first, and use smite on it.
Port back, buy long sword and health pots.
Run to golems (don't use smite if it comes up), and continue through jungling route until level 6. When 6, run to gank and after you've gotten your kill (you did get a kill, right??) and your ult is on cooldown, continue the jungle route.
