with this build you will want to remain secluded from the enemies for the beginning of the game, only attacking when you have the advantage to kill one, use bear to run and stun then attack with tiger to do optimum dmg this will cause insane amounts ofdmg over a very short amount of time, this way jumgling is not needed, once at higher levels the same tactic can be used but less eclusion form the enemies is needed to do dmg, hope this helped XD
