I almost always rush bloodthirst right after I get mercury treads. I just like being able to regain health, mostly when I'm dualing a really good or OP champion as well as being able to stay on the field longer to farm. This guide is really similar to the build I use, in other words, very nice :)

I started this guide the day Rengar guides were available on Mobafire, I've been using parts of the template from jhoijhoi's making a guide tutorial, I havent copied from anyone.
