the scepter is pretty much useless as the slow effect wont stack, so i'd go for something else |

ok umm agree with Voodoov scepter is a waste since slows dnt stack...and Rod of Ages unique i dnt think stacks so you will only recieve min amount of health and mana and cost 3425 you are better of getting a void staff for the ap and magic pen or something earlier in the game that can stack health for you like a levi |

except the effect on RoA is not unique, see it says passive, but not UNIQUE passive, they do stack, i use them on ryze |
