Zhonya's Ring was removed!
Upgrading the Razors to Wriggle's Lantern instead of Madred's Bloodrazor is cheeper and fits nunu better.

Your build is good although I disagree with your Runes. I recommend you to take Armor Seals and CDR Glyphs. Armor Seals make jungling even easier and are by far more useful than 2.61% CDR. Instead use CDR Glyphs 'cause they are a lot stronger than the Seals. You can use both flat CDR or CDR per Lvl.
Magic Pen Marks are a good choice, but I would get flat AP instead of AP per Lvl (the per LvL ones are weaker until LvL 11).
