First of all i want to say, that this build is mainly for the Support/carry vs Support/carry lane.
This is my first build on moba so i hope u wont b To critic about it before u even tried it .

My masteries are 1 9 20.
The reason why i got 1 point in my crit is because it gives 1% critrate wich can b a big difference in the early laning phase as i will explain later. U can always put it somewhere else but i find "Pressence of the Master" a rather useless point.

I start with a faerie charm, 2 sightwards and 2 healing pots, starting out at 1:40 placing a ward at either their red or blue based on if u start on Top or Bot Base.(tell your jungle to use the advantage because they are mostly to stupid to actually do)
Since ur armor and mr are reasonably hight thanks to ur runes, u can harrass the enemy team at lvl 1 while letting ur carry farm using your "Starfire rain" it works out fairly easy cuz ur damege is highter then almost any other carry if u play it out well(running back and forth casting Starfire rain and 1 auto attack)if u get a crit thanks to ur 1% crit(happens more often then u would think),the lane is almost completly under your controle.When your playing vs taric support b sure to stay in range of the brush so u can walk in the brush if he would stun you.
Either way u will get some farm as well(some carry's might complain but dont mind them) because of your starcall.
Your first back should b when you reached lvl 6 so u can always use ur ulti if your carry gets to aggressive.(place another ward in enemy jungle before you go, unless u really needed to protect from ganks place it earlier at the enemy jungle entrance)

At lvl 6 u Should have ur philosiphers stone +kage's lucky pick if u got a kill.
U are pretty much a tank at this point with ur heal+armor, you should signal ur carrym8 to help herras/kill(if needed with help of jungler) your ulti astral's blessing let u even take on a phew turret bullets if needed(beware of their jungler). U can go on like this probelly till the team fights start(dont b afraid to farm abit ur not the support ur an offtank)

This is your time to shine, you should have aegys and some parts of your rylai's now,
so you can start to play your role. Whenever someone initiates start using your Q and E, dont use ur W unless your sure you wont need it yet because u will have to run in and use it onurself for armor, why? your the support right?, the main thing u should want to do is shred their MR using your q,(dont be afraid to run between ur enemys if they do focus you, you won) use ur ulti when most of your allies are at like 70%,unless they really focus use it at 60% because, when they get low health they run, and run=lose teamfight.(except for ranged ad carry ofc)
