Heimerdinger Guide

I enjoyed your guide, it has been very helpful. Particularly the Runes, I have trouble with them for some reason. Though I admit I differ slightly on a few things.
I'd like to point out something I tend to use, I picked it up from a friend. I get the Shurelya's Reverie. (I can't figure out how to link right now so I listed it at the bottom.) Gives you a touch of Health and Mana regen for longer lane time. A CD boost and a, albeit small, run shot. Which pops up every minute and is generally (for me anyway) enough to get away from most champions.
Shurelya's Reverie
(330 Health, 30 Hleath per/5, 15 Mana per/5. PASSIVE: 15% CD reduction. ACTIVE: Nearby champions gain 40% movement speed for 3 seconds)
Normally, this wouldn't be an issue, but you do it while not improving any of the tactics at all. Possibly making it worse.
-Taking clarity as a crutch on Heimerdinger shows bad mana-management.
-Item descriptions are enthusiastic without any serious gameplay insight. You put "Zhonya's Hourglass" as a situational item when it's arguably the BEST item for Heimerdinger...
-Descriptions in general could use more effort. Centering it isn't very easy to read.

Heimer is a utility/support, eh, not a tank or carry. o-o

Even though he's a utility/support a support fails if they die to quickly if the enemies say either gank him or if in a fight they chose to ignore the front line or come from the rear to attack me. The dose of mr and armor as well as the passive is enough to keep him from just instant death (unless they're fed then your screwed anyway). It's a rare case to need this item but its still something that is situationally viable.
In case you didn't know, also, there is the ability to enable comment-to-vote, where a comment is required in order to vote. Just so you can see if someone MIGHT have a reasonable explanation for their vote.
To enable this, right above the save/publish/view buttons when you are editing your guide, there is a little box. Check it :)
