good build

I have tried your build for items before and wasn't fond of it. i'm not going to rate this namely cause its a matter of preference of how to play. it's a viable build. as a minor note, omnipotent doesn't mean all knowing, it means all powerful. Omniscient is all knowing.

This doesn't look finished, so I'm not going to vote, but a couple of suggestions. First, you really ought to switch your CDR/level glyphs to either flat CDR or AP/level ones. Flat CDR glyphs are better than CDR/level ones until level 13, and even at level 18 there's only a 2.25% difference between the two.

Second, you ought to finish your skill sequence, all the way out to level 18.
