You need to be more detailed in order to present a good guide.

Also on-hit cho is not very good, but for an on hit build this is not bad.
Malady this early is good against someone never attacking you, otherwise youll need wits end+mercury's or glacial shroud+tabi way before some pure dmg stuff.
