The way this build works is you hit 14 deaths by 30 minutes and then you finally get the runaan's.

To play this build, early game stay back and farm under tower, late game stand still and right click and watch the world burn.

Kraken slayer and blade of the ruined king are anti tank. If you aren't against a tank, you can skip blade of the ruined king but kraken slayer grants a bit of attack speed and the true damage is always good to have.

Tiamat and Runaan's hurricane are the main players. You need to have a decent amount of lifesteal. Blade of the ruined king gives quite a bit, and if necessary, just buy another vampiric scepter for the base stats. The tiamat runaan's is stupid strong if you're inside of a minion wave and it allows you to 1v1 almost anyone on their team as you can just stand still and auto attack. Trust me, it works. I was against a 30 kill victor with ult and I beat him when I was 3/14.

Blood thirster is good as it grants good base stats and the active makes you tankier, as lifesteal is the main player in the build. This prevents you from being one shot as easily and fits into the build very well.

The last item doesn't matter too much.

Boots are self explanitory.

Warning: this is a stupid build that is only very good at like 40 minutes, and let's you 1v3 the enemy team at like 50 minutes. If you get to full build, you destroy everyone. Just that simple. Also, this is not a Janna guide, don't look at this if you want to learn Janna.
