Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
This hasn't been updated since I change the item build.
Early Game: Get your cloth armor and 5 potions and head down to the golem buff. Plant as many jacks as you can in the alotted time, 3 or 4 should do.(Note on placement: always place jacks behind your target to take advantage of backstab bonus) Make sure to have your cooldown ready at 1:55 when he pops so you can plant one as your others go off. This was either done without a scratch or youve taken a couple hits. proceed to the wolves above(or below), then to the phantoms, then the lizard buff, and then the golems. Keep in mind when engaging these creeps using a couple little tricks will make all the difference.
1- Always start w jack behind the strongest target (to take advantage of backstab)
2- Give a couple seconds so jack pops when you engage
3- Wait to use shiv untill golem/liz/dragon is about to turn around (This is to give backstab bonus to shiv and also give miss chance while shiv is on cooldown.)
After you kill all your creeps you can choose to gank a lane that is in trouble, lane with your solo char, or even kill the enemy creeps, it all depends on the scenario. W/e you do, you need to kill a bit of time before your buffs respawn, and you do the loop again. I left the boots out of the character build because I think that should be done according to your enemies to. Is you are going up against a team with a lot of stuns/slows, I would go with merc, otherwise I like the sprints for this build as there isnt move speed coming from anywhere else.
Mid Game- Building Madred's is important, but the mallet is also very important for the health. Somewhere between getting the razor, scythe, and boots and getting the bloodrazor you should get a phage, or at least a ruby. By this time you have been creeping and helping out lanes needed you can start getting a little more brave with you ganks. Remember jacks are also good wards on top of fears, drop them everywhere and anywhere, it never hurts to know someones lurking around in the bushes.
Late Game- By the time you get to the rage blade you should be tearing people up. us your jack and decieve in between actions to keep your stacks up and get crazy. Sometimes I will keep phage until after i get the rage blade if I can afford to be a little more squishy until then. It depends how your match is going.
Thanks a lot, for taking the time to read my Shaco build, I hope you have fun with it.
