Mid: If ap poke him and shroom up so you may farm up and be safe from the ap nuking (Anivia doesnt count you hug that tower like hell unless she sucks)

Solo: Tower hug Tower hug Tower hug all you need to know is that unless they suck then steam roll them ;)

Around Madreds just target the lowest hp champ and knock them down fast the focus the tank etc. so your team doesnt need to worry about them only if the enemy team has an AP or Tanky Dps you focus them after the weakest link.

I know attacking a tank is stupid but after the first target dies most likely the other dps are dead or near dieing off so the tank would be an easy kill :)

Around mid game you'll have to farm like your little life depends on it but also help your teammates only if a possibility off a kill and its not going to cause you to die or for you to lose the battle. IF you see your teammates running consider if helping them is "worth" the risk it could cause you.

Start game if your pushing to to the tower walk in hit it a bit or more depending on the enemy champion and use your "W" to jumped out.

If your equally matched then use your "q" to hit and normal attack when ever possible while using the bushes to stay safe and minions off you.

If your hugging most likely your gonna get dived so mushie up their escape routs and around your tower for the chance to live and get a free kill.Also invis right next to your tower could fool them into getting to close causing major damage or a possible death to them if done right.
