Q: The Q is really nice for taking minions or doing damage to the opponent it is good at doing both at the same time because if you E + Q you will spin without stopping so you can farm and hit the enemy like that.

W: Basically this can counter almost any one, your already at a advantage with this move. If you can use it right it might just save you if you don't time it right it could be very useless(so make sure you don't just W because they engage)

E: Use this move to farm and harass the enemy at the same time. If you time it right with the minions it could be used for last hitting minions and getting to the opponent and back without taking damage(very annoying). You can almost out run any one if there is a wave coming towards you.

R: The good thing is it does decent damage and it has a decently short cool down. Try to use this as soon as you get 6 or when you have static because it's really good for the burst. If you have someone on you team(other than you) that knocks up try to always have your ult in team fights, it could be very effective.

Yasuo is a decent roamer but it's even better if they have a knock up. Try to gank with the jungler for the most effective ganks. While roaming try to get some kills out of it, i'm not saying ks all the time but you can do more with it than they can(unless adc) so don't try to give kills but don't let them get away either.
