Introduction

This will be My first and most likely last guide. Nothing too in-depth.

Runes

Rather Standard tank build. cool down marks are also an option.

Items

if your in a match heavy on the AD side then this is the standard build, sawp out Atma's for Odyn's if things are AP orriented. Randuin's could also be switched for Guardian Angel for more rounded defense

Team Work

You're Rammus, which means it's your job to make co-ordinated assaults on the enemies towers,
Your job is to be the first to capture a node, and to attempt demand the enemies team's attention. when capturing as a team try and be the closest to where the enemy will come from yet close enough to team mates to pull the first wave of aggro off of them.

Summary

All in all a rather Survivable build, play smart and only fighting on towers you control when ever possible is key, if your not defending towers then you should be speed balling around capturing/being an immense pain in the 4$$.
