This is my first attempt at a guide so I hope to do well. Ok I know one look at the build and you are like wtf are you smoking... Well from my in-depth experience as a pantheon player, this is by far the best build I have ever used. I hope by the end of this guide you will feel the same. This build excels where others fAil, with the ammount of CdR this build has it allows you to zone your enemies and farm LIKE A BOSS!
This is a look into PANTHEON...... A way of life.

Pro's : Amazing harasser
Aoe Ult
Ranged stun
Spear throw now crits at 15% hp so no more getting away with a sliver of hp
Scales great with AD

Con's : No built in escape
Once you ult in... Your there for the long haul
Can be out ranged by a few hard carrys
WILL BE A TARGET ALL GAME

My rune choices are very simple. ArP for getting your damage thru. Mp5 because if you have ever Played pantheon then you already know this foo needs mana regen. CdR blues fit my style of playing pantheon as a melee caster relying on his spells to do my damage and not my auto attacks.The second set of seals and glyphs are other choices geared more for early game utility for solo top over early game harassment.

Again I play pantheon as a melee caster relying on fast CD and what better way toget that than a 11/0/19 build? The mana regen from the utility tree also helps out alot during the lane phases allowing you to spear harass alot. Most panth builds I see are the standard 21-0-9 and it just doesn't fit the lightning fast fighting style of a REAL Spartan. Most builds auto attack for the win and my build jumps in stuns, spears, heartseeker strikes and starts all over again, by the time they know wtf is going on you are stunning them again for the final spear to the face!

As for my build it's pretty straight forward, boots 1st so u can get in spear and get out. Then into a brutalizer for more ArP and Cd reduction not to mention DMG. Last whisper has never done me wrong on pantheon and makes tanks look like sheets of paper, too many times before I've heard "Dude why did you build that trash item?" and my response is usually "trash item? Guess you don't like true damage to every carry in the game or making Rammus look like you just jumped Soraka." Here I go again about CD reduction but that's why I build the Ionian boots. No need to explain infin edge right? Dmg + crit + crit dmg = winning. I like to add a lil survivability to pantheon with a banshees vail.

They way this build works you will want to max spear throw 1st to maximize your harassing ability since it's a relative cheap mana cost since how much Mp5 you will have. Second you wanna place a point into the jump stun to add to the harass. After maxing Q you will want to max heart seaker strike next upping your damage out put. If you are in lane against champs that have low natural armor then you might wanna consider maxing the stun second to allow a little more time to pummel them in between spear throws.

I have found that flash saves my arse more than another summoner so it's a must for me offence and defense. Ignite says " NO Support, you can not full heal your carry, ktksbye." There has been a suggestion to use exhaust instead of ignite since panth puts out more than enough dps, well ignite isn't in the build for damage, Panth is a anti carry so stopping the support from saving their life with heals is a must. Most melee carrys need exhaust to catch champs but with my CdR runes and items I can jump stun them over and over so I really don't need to catch them. Thanks for the advice and for other panth builds I see where it is needed but this build does just fine stopping the enemy champs in their tracks.

Ok so to bring this guide to a solid point, pantheon is a caster style champ period. He shines when he is throwing 500+ spears every 2 sec and add in the 300+ auto attacks(non crit) let's just say 3k up is gone in seconds.
