Ok it looks like a pretty good build, however I'm highly doubting the Fratmogs here. GA would just help you so much more then FM/Mogs would. Hell even FoN would be better I imagine.

Next thing I see is that you get LW and ghostblade, i'm assuming you sell ghostblade for LW lategame but I didn't see anything about that so you should def put it in.

Everything else looks solid, just not that...special? I guess that's what i'm trying to say is that it seems like just another cookie cutter pantheon build :P

Also I would recommend Triforce + Atma's > FM + Atma's 9 times out of 10, Pantheon wants pure damage and Triforce gives him plenty of that, plus building Sheen probably gives you more burst for less risk then a BT does.

This build works,I know it first hand as i have use a similar build myself many times :).An absolute +1.
