OMG NOOB Y U NO TAKE ARM PEN?

Well.... panth can screw enemys ad carry pretty hard... its panth's task.
and u dont need an early arm pen boost. With the ad runes u can screw their whole early
and have some nice damage :)

get this item if u want to be more aggresive
Infinity edge, this item will make u very strong if ur Target is under 15% hp
it gives u more ad, and some nice crits. take this if ur going more aggresive.

1# Never let ur ad carry alone if hes in trouble. He needs farm
2# try to gank asap (u can gank at Lv2)
3# Dont worry if u get underleveld
4# Help ur jungler
5# Ask ur jungler To go counter-jungle
6# USE UR CV!!

Roaming is bassicly like a 2nd jungler... gank alot. cover ur lanes.Counter-jungle
