with the set items you will do well against any kind of tanks and if your having trouble staying alive pickup frozen mallet as soon as u can maybe right after you build last whisperer
if your getting blown up it wouldnt be a bad idea to pick up sunfire cape just because you need the extra health and the passive is nice for farming minions plus a little damage all ways helps
