Hello there! You seem to need help to build Pantheon. Well I'm here to help you! Okay so one thing you should know about Pantheon is that he is AWESOME in early game.
Okay so you might have noticed the masteries, well that is just my everyday attack damage mastery page, and I use it on Pantheon of course. They fit great with Pantheon, in my opinion. Say for instance Cooldown Reduction, awesome for you spears!

Spear Shot: Pantheon hurls his spear, dealing 65/105/145/185/225 physical damage
This spear is not to be underestimated! It does heavy damage. It has so many uses! Let's say you are chasing an opponent with very little health, hurl your spear, and here comes the beautiful part! The spear hits the opponent and has 100% critical hit chance, because of your Heartseeker Strike passive!
Aegis of Zeonia: Pantheon leaps at the target enemy champion, dealing 50/75/100/125/150 magic damage and stuns them for 1 second.
This is the skill which initializes Pantheons combo. You jump at the enemy champion, use your Heartseeker Strike, and hurl your spear. You also get into melee range of that champion so you can hit 'em with Ye Olde Basic Attack. And since you should have 14% CR you should have about 3.46 cooldown on your spear, so you throw another spear dealing about 300-600 damage. In case of an escaping champion, your stun should've gotten of Cooldown.
Passive: Pantheon gains 100% critical hit chance against opponents with less than 15% of their max. health.
Active: Pantheon channels for 0.75 seconds and deals 3 swift strikes in a cone in front of him. Each strike deals 13/23/33/43/53 physical damage, and they deal double damage to enemy champions.
This is another awesome ability, that deals tons of damage if used correctly. Well I do not need to go through the combo again now do I? The passive is also REALLY good for example in those team fights where the stealthers/carries just runs away, you toss a spear and they die. The passive get better with Infinity Edge, making Infinity Edge an awesome item for Pantheon.
Pantheon gathers his strength for 2 seconds and then leaps high into the air, crashing down at the target area 1.5 seconds later. Deals 400/700/1000 magic damage (50% at the edges) and slows them for 35% for 1 second.
The ultimate ganking tool! The ultimate chase breaker! The ultimate of Pantheon! This ability is just, wow! The only negative parts are the long 3.5 channel and the removal of the unlimited range makes it a bit less fun. :)
