Intro

Now I know you're probably thinking "Panth is AD all the way, just run in and smash people". I started playing him this way and it does work great. The big problem I had with this kind of build is having to rely on clarity or consumables to stay in lane longer, So I decided to take a different approach.

Early Game

I chose to begin the game with the Sapphire Crystal to counter Panth's horrid mana count. Buying this item while keeping heal helped me stay in lane WAY longer, which helped me item much quicker. Bein able to snipe with the spear and getting that extra 2-400 gold definitely helps your cause with this build. Keep harassing with the spear until you can afford Manamune. THIS ITEM IS YOUR BEST FRIEND EARLY ON. The mana conversion to attack damage on top of the added mana gained by using your abilities frequently builds up quicker than you may think. I get berserker greaves to bump up attack speed even though this may seem noobish. You can trade out for the boots of Lucidity depending on your preference.

Mid-Game

By level 10-11 you should have your sword of the occult and be at least halfway to your first Bloodthirster. After getting past both of these thirsters, on top of the added stacks from the Occult should be carrying you pretty well. Usually by this time I'll be jumping in between lanes either snuffing/assisting to build on the occult more.

Late Game

By 16/17 you should have your Edge (ideally). This brings your Damage to a point where you should be able to take almost anybody. As long as you arent trying to take down a high tank or go 2v1, you should still be dominating by spamming your abilities. Just make sure you keep spamming your abilities, and have fun!

Conclusion

Now, I am in no way saying this is the greatest build for Panth. Everything rests on your own preferences. I believe this to be a solid build, and it has proven itself to me in 20+ matches. I find it to be a lot of fun, and hopefully you will too! Any feedback for tweaks to this would be greatly appreciated as this is my first submitted build. Thanks guys.
