I know this is outdated but the frost-queens claim is ******ed on Soraka, because to get gold it is forcing her to play agro. She should not play agro, the ADC should play as agro as possible while she stands back and continuously heals. I would never in 10 million years even start with spellthiefs, she should stand back at all times as she does no damage and her entire point is to heal.

Why the magic pen? Her q damage got nerfed. I Really see no point in offensive soraka or trying to do any damage with her now anymore. poking early does basically nothing. about 50 damage early game I believe. I use AP/HP scaling runes for me.

Certainly! Her AOE heal means that she'll be able to give the buff to her entire team which makes it really good if you have more attack speed scaling champs on your team aside from your ADC, and makes seiging really qucik

Could Ardent Censer also work on Sona? I main her and I never thought of using that item
