be sure that you know how to play fiora as she is very macro based champ where you can find success by winning lane as well as being able to bully some easier matchup. when fiora is ahead she can duel just about anyone however be sure to take caution as a fed support and adc can shut you down which

ive been playing fiora for quite a while and these runes and items are the ones i felt more success playing the glass cannon which is quite fun to use when the enemy is squishy and ur very much ahead... keep in mind fiora is mainly a split pusher champ so while your enemy laner is away and not causing trouble you can take towers extremely fast that is also why i added demolish to all my runes...

playing as fiora behind is extremely hard that is why you need to excel in the early game or at least survive as when rotation starts to happen you can split push different lane mainly top and bottom as towers give a lot of gold this can help you when you are behind
