INTRODUCTION

this build is based around your ult's CDR (the infamus gay lazor) while maintaining survivability and high dps output.

RUNES

u may question my rune set up but i feel the 45 AP off the bat is a huge advantage against anyone off the bat. u may want to switch out the seals of potency for mana per 5 but thats up to you.

MASTERIES

the 9 into offence is necicerry for this build so if u dont get it you **** up the CDR for the ult.

ITEMS

the ionia boots plus the evil tome make this build complete; with these items and the 9 into offence, your ult cooldown will be at 24 seconds thus pissing people off spamming your PEW PEW LAZORS MUHAHAHAHA!!!!

lichbane - as one of my favorite items in the game lichbane stacks with your passive so not getting this is pretty much the dumbest move ever.

archangle staff - this is also a verry potent item when mixed with deathcap cause not only does it convert 3% mana to AP but the converted AP is also amplified by deathcaps 30%.

crystal cepter - i get this for the survivability but if u fancy more AP then stack another archangle staff and be sitting between 750-780 AP
