Vampiric Scepter and Wriggle's Lantern made him stay in lane longer they other heros at the beginning.

I will tell you right now, if you have no tanking items whatsoever, you'll never be able to ult to initate a team fight. You're just way too squishy.
Frozen Mallet on Urgot is just silly. I never have the probelm of people getting away when I play him. Once u hit max CDR, your terror cap can be up a majority of the time, and if you're being hit, well, slowing is the least of your worries.
If you arent a dedicated jungler, Wriggle's is kindof meh. It takes a good chunk of gold to build and gives you mediocore stats. The Wards are definately a plus from it, but the ability to kill dragon faster is unimportant in higher ELO. You' always do it as a group, since it will always be warded.
The only problem could be in bigger team fights but I think the Frozen Mallet is a nice balance.

At the end i was like D-D-D-DOMINATING all the time, it's poor that i was feeding at start though. Thumbs up for the build and gj.
Trinity force is also a better option if you really feel you must get phage. Urgot is a ranged fighter that kites champs, the extra hp from frozen mallet isn't going to save you in a team battle, you're better of maxing your dmg.
