Welcome to my first build with the character Volibear! Voli has been my first consistant champ and having played him countless times, i figured it was time to make a proper volibear build. I do not play him as a jungler and i dont attempt to, so if you are looking for a jungle build, this is not the place to look. This build allows you to get great kill/ death spreads, and as long as your team is not aweful, you should be able to become reletively fed and be able to kill the enemy team easily.
