Im sorry to say you have a lot of studying and playing before you continue making guides. This guide may work for level 22 but a lot of what you said doesnt apply or is subpar at level 30. Philo stone is not an item to keep, tankiness on singed is necessary. In the team fight video you have, you almost died immediately and a smart team would have finished you off fast. Your guide suggests that there isnt a jungler (not current meta) and that you are fighting against an ADC (not the meta) you completely ignore potions and wards (necessity). Please research, get to level 30 and try again

corruptsoul is about right here. It's not that you don't understand Singed, it's just that you don't understand ranked or SL30 meta, and the guide + video reflect this. There are successful pre-30 guides out there, but this likely isn't one of them, I'm afraid.

I don't like beating on guides, but those two guys above are right. Other things, Archangel's Staff is useless on Singed, he is not an ability spammer so you waste its passive. So is Hextech Gunblade, Singed is not a champion that win fight by auto attacking. Your role as Singed is to disrupt, initiate and break up the enemy team, so you need to last and not rely on your teammate to get kills because they are the ones relying on YOU to get them.

Thank you for the input. I have removed the actual build and added a section at the start explaining the situation. I actually screwed up in more ways then one, such as the fact that I do in fact buy potions and wards, but I mentioned it nowhere, and, without meaning to, I implied the things you all have mentioned above. I also screwed up with the build, and, having researched it just a BIT more, realized that, despite the source I read saying that only toggle abilities without a cooldown do not proc Archangel's, Poison Trail does not either. I am remaking this, and have decided to make it an entirely different guide. Thank you for your comments, they have helped me notice a mistake that has almost certainly been holding me back.
