Introduction

The title says enough.

Items

Sheen grants an extra powerful hit after using your E and Q.
Boots of mobility are very nice when playing Poppy, enemies are more easy to kite, resulting in more wall-smashing stuns.
Trinity force is just perfect for Poppy. It grants some extra overall power for when your enemy is not dead after using your devestating combo.
The Hextech Gunblade grants extra power and survivability. When you just finished someone off you will be likely to be on low HP. Killing some minions will solve that.

Summoner Spells

Ghost is a must for Poppy, it will make kiting a lot easier. Which is the key to success.

Heal is nice when you are very low on HP and don't have the Hextech Gunblade yet.

Exhaust is a good alternative for Heal.

Unique Skills

This build allows you to kill enemy champions with only 2 hits. With all these passages in the Crystal Scar it is possible to kill an enemy with full health while you have only 10hp or so. They simply wont be able to react in time. Just knock your enemy against the wall and smash them with your hammer and they are done for. When the enemy is a tank and has too much HP to be dead that quickly, just perform your combo and turn around. Wait for the cooldowns to refresh and do it again. That will do the trick.
