Good build. Push them into your support and Q for massive damage.

I tend to not build MR mainly because when I play poppy I play more of an Offensive Support role helping my team get kills meaning that I don't really need any MR b/c my goal isn't to stay Alive in the end but to at least trade off my death for 2-3 kills. That is of course if I even do die which most of the time, I don't b/c of W and Flash.

It seems like you've got a very tanky Poppy there. Lots of defense being built, HP and massive regen etc. The regen should make Poppy truly hard to kill with her special passive. The attack power is not nearly so impressive. Sure, once you've got Trinity, Madred's Bloodrazor and Rabadon's Deathcap it'll be decent, but the game isn't even likely to last that long!

But since tanky is what you were aiming for, I can't fault you for that too much. However, I think you make a serious mistake in your runes. You chose AP/level marks, which are less than 2/3 as good as the glyphs. Surely this inefficiency bothers you? Why not replace them with Magic Penetration marks, since marks offer the most efficient MPEN?

The AP/level quints aren't quite as bad, but if you replaced them with flat AP that would give you some extra oomph for the early levels. Just something to consider.

Lastly, I notice you don't have much Magic Resist at all. A very odd choice for tanky Poppy to say the least. As much as I love cooldown, Mercury's Treads might be an option to consider as boots instead of the Ionians. They give MRES and a huge reduction to enemy CC's effects on you.

Or, you could keep the boots and get Force of Nature instead of Shurelya's Reverie; that would give you massive MRES and make your HP regen TRULY ridiculous, but cut out your mana regen.

I hope you find this helpful and good luck with your build.
