i choose heroic last because i get no AP items so therefore i get no bonus magic damage with the charge...but ive tried them all and poppy is just a beast. and thanks for the vote

Your build is exactly as mine, even the Summoner Spells xD The runes is almost the same too, but i pick Mark of Insight and I buy Nashor's Tooth for more AP, AS and CDR ( you can add this, your build is missing one item anyway xD )
I always max Heroic Charge before Paragon, but Poppy is fast and is good to take the most advantage of it with W ;}

I just find QSS to be more situational, while Banshee's can be used in almost all games for survivability.
You already have TBC and Triforce with AS, and PD works really well with IE ^^

Ok i worked in Hextech. The Sash is where i would throw in Banshee's Veil and the Dancer is for the Attack speed poppy. All are good choices tho.

I'd also suggest some optional items:
Hextech Gunblade - For more burst
Phantom Dancer - Movement speed & AS
Quicksilver Sash - Against suppression champions like Malz, Urgot & WW

I like your item build, but the guide itself is a little short ^^
However you can always add more sections later.
Perhaps add something about the skillcombo you use, who to ult in different situations etc. (for example whether you need to use it on a tank to survive or on a squishy for more damage.
