Mind you, I've only played Poppy twice. I hadn't looked at any builds prior to me playing her, but this build has done wonders in the short time using her.
My first game with Poppy, our kassadin left at level 4, leaving us against.. Garen, Warwick, Trynd, Corki, and Kennen.. I ended up scaring their team a little lol, and getting 29 kills. My second game I went 11-1 then they surrendered. Singed is a very good lane partner for poppy, especially early game. He flings them back into turret range and you pin them to the wall, thus the turret keeps hitting them, works like a charm. Also the reason i chose flash was b/c in team fights, or if someone is just trying to run flash in front of them then Heroic Charge them into your teammates or a wall.
