On the other hand, consider hybrid pen marks instead of simple magic pen. It'll help more in the attack speed half of your damage.
Attack speed hybrid poppy seems very strange to me but I'm not saying it's inferior. You just have to explain your rationale for the recommendations you make.
I will go ahead and disagree with you on one thing, though: get Hextech Gunblade before Guinsoo and Nashor. Hell, might as well get Nashor before Guinsoo as well, the massive mana regen and CDR, along with the attack speed, will more than offset the Rageblade's AD and passive. Hextech, Nashor, Guinsoo, not Guinsoo, Nashor, Hextech. IMO, anyway, and if you disagree then tell me why!
Despite being nerfed, IMO the Gunblade is still perfect for Poppy, but let's look deeper. First: it has AD and AP comparable to Guinsoo. More than Guinsoo without stacks, but less than with stacks. It doesn't give attack speed, but it does give large amounts of life steal AND spell vamp, which are perfect for sustaining Poppy in teamfights and in lane. It doesn't give attack speed, but it does have an active with very respectable damage and a slow, which can help you catch up to an enemy or even escape one. It's quite a bit more expensive, but I feel the sustain is perfect for keeping Poppy in business through the course of a fight, to recover from one without having to recall, or to stay at decent health when teams are poking at each other.
