Ability Order

Trundle Passive Ability

Introduction

Trundle is a strong bruiser that is effective at getting into the face of the enemy carry. Build him as a very tanky bruiser. He can also jungle but that will not be covered in this guide. Don't be a nooblord.

Early Game

Trundle has high sustain from passive, utilize it. Harass when you aren't last hitting with rabid bite. Ward your lane. Always go top unless you are jungle. Don't be a nooblord.

Skill Sequence

Pretty self explanatory. Get Ultimate when you can, max your rabid bite first, dat -40 damage is pretty big. Note: The +20 dmg you get from using rabid bite scales into your next rabid bite, so keep using it! To maximize damage use it right after auto attacks. Don't be a nooblord.

Summoner Spells

Flash+Ignite is good. I prefer them.

Exhaust good too.

Use whatever you like.

Items

Itemize to counter the other team. Buy armor if they are AD heavy, MR if they are MR heavy. Trundle is soft CC. Slow them and lower their damage. Be a beast. Don't be a nooblord.

Mid-Late Game

Disregard everyone except their AD carry if you can. Try to ult the tank. Your frozen mallet/trin force will make it impossible to be kited. Be as annoying as possible to the other team. Don't be a nooblord.
