- Start with Faerie Charm, 1 Pink Ward, 2 Green Wards and 3 Health Potions.

- First back should be @700g, buy a Philo stone and some wards.

- Build one more gp/10 (HoG if you need hp, Kage's if you're doing well) and your level 1 boots.

- Finish the gp/10 you didn't build before, make sure you're still buying wards.

- Build into Shurelia's ASAP. You may also want to get oracles around here as you are now able to escape much easier.

- Finish Mercury Treads, then build LotIS and Aegis.

- If the game is still going on, build: WotA / Zeke's, depending on if your team is AP or AD heavy. Make sure to always keep your 6th slot free for wards. Buy Elixirs if you must.

MAKE SURE TO BUY WARDS THE WHOLE TIME

If you are really dominating the lane, you could max out Q first for some insane poke, but I don't recommend it. A couple points and your passive early game should do more than enough damage.

Make sure to always stay BEHIND your team. I can't stress this enough, you need to wait behind everyone and only once someone has initiated should you try to ult. Also, the second the fight breaks out you should instantly pop Shurelia's & locket and start to get your auras rolling. You should try to support with your W and E rather than trying to get kills yourself. Make sure to attack every 3 spells to debuff the enemy.

There are only one situation in which you should last hit, and then is when nobody else is nearby to take the farm. You shouldn't need last hits anyway, as you get more than enough through the 3 gp/10 you buy early as well as your runes and masteries.

Also, don't think "i just need 2 more minion kills untill I can recall and buy X item!" because that means you won't have enough for wards afterwards. Maintaining map control is extremely important so make sure you have enough to buy wards whenever you back.
