pSIONic power [UPDATED 3/5/11]
Rylai provides with hp and AP, the slow is useless since you will be 2-bursting people endgame.
Nashor is useless, CDR? Grab blue buff. You're not going to be AAing during a teamfight are you?
Zhonya is useful, but not really needed. The AP is nice and the armor and active is even better, but more situational item.
Get soulstealer, and Abyssal Scepter. You will get stacks just by throwing a stun around. Get either a rod of ages or banshee's veil, much better than a Rylai
